Deleting your MegaDesk account

In the app

Open the Settings tab, tap Delete account, and confirm with your password.

On the web

Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account.

What is deleted

• Your login, your name and email address, and your profile.
• The phones and widgets registered to you.
• If you are your workspace's last owner, the workspace itself and everything in it, for everyone in it: tasks, lists, goals, notes, businesses, money entries and uploaded receipts.

If you are not, the workspace and its content stay with its owners, and tasks assigned to you become unassigned. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; copies leave our database backups within their retention period.

If you can't sign in

Write to [to be filled in] from the email address on the account, and we will delete it for you.
